Book Review: The Nature of Visual Illusion

The Nature of Visual Illusion
by Mark B. Fineman

the-nature-of-visual-illusion

The Nature of the Visual Illusion does a pretty decent job of characterizing and explaining exactly what the title implies. I like how this author involved some alternative concepts other than the same old optical illusions that we see all the time. He covers basic visual functions as well which is helpful. I also recommend The Science of Illusions by Jacques Ninio as a companion to this book. Read my review here.
