Time Needed: 20 minutes
Draw Head of Dog
Draw a mostly round head and include large pointed ears.
Add Legs & Paws
Next draw a pair of long dog legs and paws underneath the head.
Complete the Body
Add a body that resembles a slender pear shape.
Create Dog Tail
Now draw a bushy tail off to the side.
Draw Dog Face
Now you are ready to add some of this dog’s face and chest.
Darken your lines and add a few spots of color.

How many types of dogs are there? There are over 300 breeds of dogs. Actually at the time of this writing the World Canine Organization recognized 339 distinct breeds of dogs… but who’s counting? Apparently they are!
