Time Needed: 30 minutes
Start By Drawing The Horse Head
Start by forming the elongated shape of the horse’s head as shown. Next, draw an oval for the eye. Now, add a curved line to outline the snout and a small oval for its nostril. Then, draw a line curving upwards for its mouth.
Attach The Ears
Draw the pointed shape of its ears attached to the top of its head. Now, outline the inner ears by drawing a curved line.
Outline The Mane
Outline the shape of its mane on top of its head and along its back. Make sure to erase parts of the horse’s head that overlap with the mane.
First Form The Browband
Let’s start drawing the horse bridle! First, form the browband by drawing a thin curved shape starting from the base of the ear to the jaw.
Next Attach The Headpiece
Next, attach the headpiece by drawing a curved strip starting from the back of the ear to the corner of the mouth.
Now Add The Noseband
Now, draw a thin curved strip near the snout to add the noseband.
Then Draw The Bit
Then, draw the oval shaped outline of the bit. Don’t forget to erase any unnecessary overlapping lines.
Attach The Reins
Form the long outline of the reins attached to the bit.
