Add The Wings And Feet
Add the wings to the body and erase where they overlap the body shape. Draw two small feet under the body.

Give the penguin big eyes and a beak for a cute face.
Add A Hat And Scarf
Draw a santa hat on its head and a comfy scarf around its neck.
Baby penguins have grey bodies and black around their faces. Color in the accessories with Christmas colors you like.
