In today’s post, we are going to learn how to draw a cute reindeer on paper. The shape and proportion of each part will be highlighted in each step of the how-to article here. Note that the blue outlines are used to show the current components being drawn in each in each of the steps.
Time Needed: 20 minutes

Draw The Head Shape
The reindeer is going to be facing sideways, so draw the round head with a cute snout.

Start The Body
Use curved lines to draw the basic body shape with a little tail. Draw these lines lightly because some will end up being erased in the end.

Add The Legs
Erase part of the body shape to add in the first front leg, and add the back leg.

Finish The Legs
The last two legs are behind, so there is no need to erase any lines that you made before.

Make It Fluffy
Use the body line as a guideline to make this reindeer have a fluffy belly.

Add The Horns
Give the reindeer two large horns on top of its head.

Draw The Ears
Erase a small part of the horns and draw the ears.

Add Its Face
Give this reindeer a cute face to finish it off.

Color It In
Reindeer typically have lighter stomachs and darker backs and faces.
