In today’s tutorial, we will learn how to draw an easy plow drawing on paper. The shape and proportion of each of the drawn parts will be pointed out in each step of the tutorial. Note that the blue lines have been drawn to show the new components being created in each step.
Time Needed: 20 minutes
Draw The Plow Share
Start by making an outline of the plow share. Now, add a wavy horizontal line near the bottom.
Form The Beam
Form the long horizontal beam then attach a thin rectangular brace.
Outline The Clevis
Outline the circular shape of the clevis attached to the end of the beam.
Attach The Grip
Attach two curving handles connected to the plow share. Then, add two circles to outline the nails.
Add The Handle Brace
Draw a horizontal rod in between the handles to form the brace. Make sure to erase any unnecessary overlapping lines.
Complete The Easy Drawing Of A Plow
Let’s give life to our easy drawing of a plow! First, color the plow share with dark and light gray crayons. Fill in the clevis and nails on the handles with a light gray crayon. Next, shade the handles and handle brace with a dark yellow crayon. Now, fill in the beam and its brace with a brown crayon.
