In today’s lesson, we will discover how to create a simple snowman drawing on paper. The size of each part will be pointed out in each step of the lesson. Take notice that the blue outlines have been drawn to show the new elements being drawn in each step.
Time Needed: 20 minutes

Form The Body Of The Snowman
First, draw two circles stacked on top of each other to form the head and body of the snowman.

Draw The Face
Next, draw two circles to form the snowman’s eyes made of coal. Now, add the triangular carrot nose. Then, draw a line curving upwards to add a smiling mouth for the snowman.

Attach The Arms
Draw two thin twigs attached to its body as shown.

Outline The Base Of The Hat
Outline the elongated base of the santa hat.

Form The Body Of The Hat
Next, draw the curving shape of the hat’s body. Then, add the small rounded pom pom at the tip.

Complete The Easy Drawing Of A Snowman
Let’s add some color to our easy drawing of a snowman! First, color the santa hat with white and red crayons. Next, fill the coal eyes with a black crayon. Now, shade the carrot nose with an orange crayon. Then, color in the arms made of twigs with a brown crayon. Finally, fill in its body made of snow using a light yellow crayon.
