Form The Opening
Form the opening of the party horn by drawing an oval.

Outline The Body
Next, outline the cone-shaped body of the party horn.

Add a pattern on the body of the party horn by drawing diagonal lines.

Attach The Mouthpiece
Now, attach the mouthpiece at the end of the party horn

Then, add rectangular strips attached to the mouth of the party horn..

Complete The Party Horn Drawing
Give your party horn drawing a pop of color! First, color the streamers with an orange crayon. Now, shade the mouthpiece with a yellow crayon. Next, use a dark purple crayon to color the opening of the party horn. Then, use vibrant colors like yellow, blue, and pink to shade the body of the party horn
