Draw The Icing

Start by forming the icing of the birthday cake by drawing an oval with a wavy line.

Form The Body Of The Cake

Next, add a cylindrical outline below the icing to outline the main shape of the cake. Draw two wavy horizontal lines to add layers to the cake. Then, create a thin oval cake plate underneath the cake.
-
Add Strawberry Toppings

Form the triangular-shape of the strawberry toppings on top of the icing. Draw small dots to add some texture to the strawberry toppings.

Attach The Birthday Cake Topper

Now, draw the rectangular outline of the cake topper. Then, write the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY.”

Form The Candles

Add four thin, upright candles on top of the icing. Form the texture of the birthday candles by drawing evenly spaced diagonal lines. Next, outline the pointed shape of the flame above each candle. Don’t forget to erase unnecessary overlapping lines.
