Biscuit Drawing: All Steps

This step by step lesson will teach you how to draw a biscuit. We will draw attention to the shapes of each part and variety of lines drawn making sure that the drawing looks convincing.

Time Needed: 20 minutes

  1. Outline The Rim Of The Bowl

    Biscuit Drawing: Step 1

    Outline the rim of the bowl by forming a wide oval shape.

  2. Draw The Body Of The Bowl

    Biscuit Drawing: Step 2

    Draw the body of the bowl by creating a curved line then adding a shorter curved line below it.

  3. Next Draw The Inside Of The Bowl

    Next, draw the inside of the bowl by creating a line curving downwards.

  4. Outline The Biscuit

    Outline the biscuit by drawing a wide oval-like shape.

  5. Add Butter

    Add butter on top of the biscuit by drawing a rectangular shape as shown.

  6. Draw Another Biscuit

    Draw another biscuit by making an oval-like shape. Erase parts of the biscuit that overlap with the outer part of the bowl.

  7. Put Butter On Top

    Put butter on top of the biscuit by drawing a rectangular shape with rounded corners.

  8. Draw The Biscuit Details

    Add short uneven lines to draw the rough texture of the biscuit.

  9. Complete The Biscuit Drawing

    Let’s complete the biscuit drawing by coloring the bowl with a blue crayon first. Make the inside of the bowl darker by adding hints of purple. Next, color the biscuit with a light brown crayon. Then, color the butter with a yellow crayon.
