In this article, we will start with a blank piece of paper and learn to draw a tractor in 9 illustrative steps. It’s best if we pay attention to the proportions of each part of the tractor.
Time Needed: 30 minutes
Form The Tires
First, draw two wavy circles. Next, add two smaller circles on each tire to form the rims and hubs.
Draw The Body Of The Tractor
Now, draw a curved shape above each tire to add the fenders. Next, outline the body of the tractor similar to the illustration. Then, form the bumpers by drawing a horizontal line near the bottom of the tractor’s body.
Add The Cab
Draw the rectangular outline of the cab as shown. Then, form the shape of the cab’s roof.
Form The Steering Wheel
Now, draw a diagonal rectangle for the steering wheel. Next, outline the steering column to attach the steering wheel to the body of the tractor.
Add The Seat
Draw a rectangle for the seat. Then, add a curved outline for the armrest.
Form The Boom
Now, form the folded shape of the tractor’s arm called the boom. Make sure to erase parts of the tractor’s body that overlap with the boom.
Outline The Tractor Bucket
Outline the tractor bucket attached to the end of the boom.
Attach The Exhaust Pipe
Form the thin, vertical exhaust pipe on top of the tractor’s body.
