In today’s tutorial, we are going to learn how to create an easy witch drawing on paper. The shape and proportion of each of the drawn parts will be observed in each step of the tutorial. Observe that the blue outlines are used to show the newest parts being drawn in each in each of the steps.
Time Needed: 20 minutes

Draw The Hat
Let us start by drawing the witch’s hat. Its top part is shaped like a triangle and its bottom like an elongated oval. Add the belt in between, just like in the demonstration.

Add The Face And Hair
Then we add the face with a long, wicked nose, a smiling eyes and mouth. Add the hair that appears to have never experienced a comb.

Draw The Clothes And The Hands
The witch has a long dress which covers most of her body. Make the dress look like it is sitting similar to the sample. Then add the hand.

Add The Legs And Shoes
Then, draw the witch’s legs and pointed shoes.

Draw The Broom
The witch is sitting with her broom so let us complete our line art by drawing a wooden broom.

Complete The Drawing
Let us color our witch drawing using violet and brown shades. Do not be afraid to be creative by adding shadows and highlights.
