-
First Draw The Shape Of The English Muffin
First, draw the shape of the English muffin by making a wide oval.
-
Now Outline The Stack
Now, outline the stack of English muffins by drawing a U-shaped line with bumpy sides as shown. For this drawing, we will be stacking three English muffins so we need to draw three bumps on each side.
-
Form The English Muffins
Define the shape of the English muffins in the stack by drawing curved horizontal lines like in the illustration.
-
Draw A Sliced English Muffin
Let’s draw an English muffin separate from the stack. First, make an oval. Next, form a U-shaped line. This muffin will be a little bit thinner. We want to make our drawing look like this one is sliced in half.
-
Add The Other Slice
Add the other English muffin half to our drawing by creating another oval with a U-shaped line on the bottom as shown.
-
Draw Butter
Outline a pad of butter on the English muffin by drawing a rounded squarish shape on top. Add some lines as shown to define the shape of the butter.
-
Put Butter On The Other Slice Of English Muffin
Draw a rounded shape on top of the other slice of English muffin. Make a line as shown to add some form to the butter.
-
Draw The Plate
Draw the plate by making two ovals.
-
Complete The English Muffin Drawing
Let’s complete the English muffin drawing by coloring the English muffins with a light yellow crayon. Add hints of darker orange on the center of the English muffins to make them look toasted. Next, color the butter with a light yellow crayon. Then, shade the plate with a blue crayon. Add some shadows below the English muffins by shading those parts with a purple crayon.
