How To Draw A Bible: All Steps

In this lesson, we will discover how to draw a bible with your drawing materials. We will consider the various sizes and shapes contained in the example drawing of the bible. The new lines in each step is made of blue so you can plainly see the current elements that you will be creating.

Time Needed: 20 minutes

  1. Draw The Bible Cover

    First, draw the Bible’s front cover by creating a quadrilateral.

  2. Attach The Pages

    Attach the pages to the Bible’s cover by forming the shape as shown.

  3. Add The Back Cover

    Add the Bible’s back cover by drawing a line that follows the outline of the pages.

  4. Draw A Cross

    Now, draw a big cross on the center of the Bible’s front cover.

  5. Insert A Bookmark

    Insert a bookmark with the edge peeking out between the Bible’s pages by drawing the shape as shown. Also, draw straight lines to add a few details on the pages.

  6. Complete The Bible Drawing

    Let’s finish the Bible drawing by coloring the cover with a purple crayon. Next, use a yellow crayon to color in the cross on the Bible’s cover. Then, pick an apricot-like color to shade in the pages. Lastly, don’t forget to color in the bookmark with a red crayon.
