By the end of this lesson we will arrive at a finished drawing of a coffee pot by creating one part at a time. This project will take 9 steps to complete as we continue to create each part moving closer to the completed drawing. The completed artwork will be finalized with color making it a drawing you will be proud to show off!

  1. Draw The Glass Decanter

    Draw the glass decanter of the coffee pot by making a U-shaped line.

  2. Attach The Neck Of The Coffee Pot

    Attach the neck of the coffee pot by drawing a slender rectangle curving upwards.

  3. Form The Snout

    Form the snout of the coffee pot by drawing the line as shown.

  4. Draw The Back Of The Snout

    Let’s finish the coffee pot drawing by first coloring the coffee with a dark brown crayon. Next, shade the glass decanter with a white crayon then add hints of purple on the edges. Now, color the lid and neck of the coffee pot with a gray crayon. Then, shade the lid knob, spout and handle of the coffee pot with a black crayon.
