How To Draw A Fat Pig: All Steps

In this post, we are going to learn how to draw a fat pig with basic drawing tools. Pay attention to the different sizes and shapes contained in the example drawing of the fat pig. The pencil lines in each step is drawn in blue so you can observe the current shapes that you should be creating.

Time Needed: 20 minutes

  1. Outline The Head

    Draw a curved line to outline the fat pig’s head.

  2. Create The Face

    First, draw two shaded ovals for the eyes. Next, create an oval with two small shaded circles for the nose. Add a bumpy line below the nose to form its mouth. Add two small C-shaped lines on each side of the mouth as shown.

  3. Attach The Ears

    Draw the pointed shape of the fat pig’s ears attached to its head as shown.

  4. Draw The Body And Tail

    First, form the elongated shape of the fat pig’s body as shown. Draw curved lines near the fat pig’s head. Next, form the spiral shape of the fat pig’s tail attached to its body.

  5. Add The Legs

    Add the fat pig’s legs attached to the bottom of its body as shown in the illustration. Add a small diagonal line on the end of its foreleg and hind leg to form the extra skin flap. Don’t forget to draw the hooves by creating a line curving downwards and a short vertical line on the bottom of each leg.

  6. Complete The Fat Pig Drawing

    Let’s use a dark pink crayon to color the fat pig’s nose. Next, use a brown crayon to shade the hooves. Then, use a pink crayon to shade the rest of the fat pig’s body.
