This lesson will teach you how to draw a lamb. We will draw attention to the shapes of each area and types of outlines created so that the artwork looks convincing.
Time Needed: 20 minutes

Create The Face
First, draw two shaded ovals for the eyes. Create a circle to form the snout. Next, draw a small triangular shape for the nose. Add two curved lines to form the mouth.

Form The Head
Form the bumpy rounded shape of the lamb’s head.

Add The Ears
Draw the pointed shape of the lamb’s ears on each side of its head.

Outline The Body And Tail
Outline the fluffy elongated shape of the lamb’s body. Next, attach the short tail connected to the end of its body.

Attach The Legs
First, form the fluffy shape of the lamb’s upper legs. Then, attach the bottom part of the lamb’s legs similar to the illustration. Draw a short line on the bottom of each leg to form the hooves.

Complete The Lamb Drawing
Let’s now color the lamb drawing! First, use a pink crayon to color the nose and inner ears. Next, color the snout and bottom part of its legs with a light brown crayon. Now, shade the rest of the lamb with a white crayon.
