- Drawing Paper
- Crayons or Colored Pencils
- Black Marker (optional)

In this post, we will discover how to draw a lollipop with basic drawing tools. We will consider the various sizes and shapes contained in the example drawing of the lollipop. The new lines in each step is drawn out in blue so you can see the current shapes that you will be creating.

Outline The Candy Lollipop
Draw a circle to outline the shape of the candy lollipop.

Create A Curved Line
Now, start forming the thick part of the candy lollipop by drawing a curved horizontal line.

Create Another Curved Line
Continue forming the thick part of the candy lollipop by drawing another curved horizontal line.

Link The Curved Lines
Connect the two curved horizontal lines we drew earlier. Erase parts of the circle that overlap with the rectangular shape formed.

Attach The Lollipop Stick
Let’s attach the lollipop stick to the bottom of the candy lollipop by drawing an elongated U-shaped line as shown.

Complete The Lollipop Drawing
Let’s finish our drawing by coloring the candy lollipop part with a pink crayon. Next, shade the lollipop stick using a white crayon. Add hints of purple at the tips of the lollipop stick to add a bit of shadow.
