Toucans are a type of fruit eating bird that live in the rainforest in South and Central America. They usually live to be around 10 years old and can grow to be about 2 feet long.
Their main food source is fruit, which is plucked and peeled with their beaks. Furthermore, the beak houses a similarly-sized flat tongue, which is useful for catching insects, frogs, and small reptiles.
