In this post, we are going to discover how to draw beans with basic drawing tools. Pay attention to the various sizes and shapes of each part of the beans. The lines in each step is drawn in blue so you can observe the current shapes that you should be working on.
Time Needed: 20 minutes
Draw The First Pod
We begin our green beans drawing by sketching a single bean pod. The shape is narrow, almost like a curved stick but with pointy ends.
Add Another Pod
Now we are going to add another bean behind the first one. Just place it at a slightly different angle, like in the drawing shown here.
Draw Another Bean
Then, draw another bean pod behind the first two.
Draw The Closest Pod
Draw a long slender bean up close in front of the rest.
Finish Your Line Drawing
For this step, we added a few more beans behind the first four we already drew. Don’t forget to erase the lines that should be hidden.
Color Your Drawing
Now, grab a set of green colors and begin shading your green beans.
