Outline the flippers by drawing the two shapes with pointed tips shown in the illustration.

Form The Top Of The Foot Pocket
Form the top of the foot pocket by drawing the shape as shown.

Add The Opening Of The Foot Pocket
Add the opening of the foot pocket by drawing an inverted U-shaped line and then making a curved line inside as shown.

Draw The Winglets
Draw the winglets by creating straight lines as shown.

Attach The Buckles
Attach the buckles by drawing small curved lines on each side of the flipper.

Complete The Flippers Drawing
Complete the flippers drawing by first coloring the foot pocket with a blue crayon. Next, shade the blade with a yellow crayon. Then, color the buckle and the winglets with an orange crayon.
