In this beginner’s lesson, we are going to discover how to draw nuts with basic drawing tools. Be sure to observe the different sizes and shapes within the artwork of the nuts. The pencil lines in each step is drawn in blue so you can see the current elements that you will be creating.

Draw The First Cashew
The shape of the cashew is curvy and looks a bit like a letter U.

Add The Second Cashew
Then draw another curvy cashew nut just behind the first one.

Add The Third Cashew
Add another cashew behind the two.

Draw The First Walnut
Next up draw a walnut half on the right side of your paper.

Add A Whole Walnut
Add the whole walnut to your drawing paper. This nut will be whole and still in its shell.

Draw A Peanut Kernel
For the last part of our nuts drawing, add a peanut kernel above the cashew by drawing a small oval shape with few details.

Add The Shell Of The Peanut
Let’s draw a full peanut with its entire shell.

Draw Nut Textures
Finally lets add some details to each nut. Nuts can be drawn with distinctive textures like shown in the illustration here.
