Draw The Teacup Rim
Start by drawing an oval in the middle of the paper. This will become the rim of the teacup.

Now we are going to add details to the teacup like some mint leaf garnishing. I drew this teacup as if it was made of glass, but you can draw your teacup solid by using less lines and details.
