In this post, we will discover how to create a long haired cat drawing on paper. To ensure the artwork is successful, we will observe the various sizes and shapes of each part of the long haired cat. The new lines in each step is drawn blue so you can observe the most recent components that you should be drawing.

Draw The Head
Near the top right of the page, draw the cat’s head and ears.

Draw The Body
Make sure to do this part lightly in pencil first because this will be used as a guideline later on. You can use a single curved line to make up the back and the tail, and add in the front paws afterward.

Add Fur To The Head And Chest
Make the cheeks super fluffy and add some fur to the chest area of the cat.

Add Fur To The Tail
Use the guideline to help you draw the fluff on the back and tail. Erase the guideline when you’re finished using it.

Add The Final Details
Give the cat a face and some fluffy ears and add some final detail to the paws to finish off the drawing.

Color It In
Long haired cats can have any pattern or color like other cats, so color in this cat in a way that you like.
