We will arrive at a finished drawing of a tomato frog by completing one part at a time. It will take 9 steps in total as we continue to draw each area which will get us closer to the completed drawing. The completed drawing will be perfected with color making it a work of art you will love!

Draw The Upper Eyelids
Draw two lines curving downwards to form the frog’s upper eyelids.

Form The Eyes
Outline the right eye by drawing a circle. Next, form the left eye by drawing a C-shape. Now, add the pupils by drawing a smaller circle on both eyes.

Outline The Body
Draw the incomplete oval-like shape of the tomato frog’s body.

Add The Nostrils
Add the frog’s nostrils by drawing two dots.

Draw The Mouth
Draw a wavy line to form the mouth.

Attach The Forelegs
Form the shape of the tomato frog’s forelegs attached to its body. Don’t forget to add its long toes at the end of each foreleg.

Form The Hind Leg
Form the folded hind leg similar to the illustration.

Add The Toes
Add the toes attached to the frog’s hind legs as shown.

Complete The Tomato Frog Drawing
Let’s add some color to our tomato frog drawing! First, fill the pupils with a black crayon and its iris with a yellow crayon. Next, color the underbelly with a cream crayon. Now, shade the rest of the tomato frog’s body with a red crayon. Finally, draw a black stripe on the side of its body as shown.
